Sighhh... Have had someone at close hand at work (the temp. for now) that have more authority than brains. He is well spoken, nicely dressed and talented. But the human heart and empathy seems left behind. He is an excellent "rank-climber", he for sure has broken that "code". But he simply can't handle human relations unless it means being able to bully someone. Sounds like "the Office", does it? Although this guy is a little bit less "creamy" than Ricky Gervais and a little less smart. He is so... annoying. Recognize the type anyone?? He violated every rule set by those who teach management. But no worries... He is good for the company *ironic non-happy grin*.
Just wish they could let me out of there.It is costly, non-enlightening (unless counting how many ways you can harm a person's faith in herself!) and just... useless. Would be good to be able to resign early. Kindly SN, KB and especially SG!! Miss ya'. Get back soon!!
